Live Free counseling is all about finding your happiest life. I know that life can be complicated, difficult, and exhausting at times. Sometimes it is the burdens we carry from past hurts and events and other times life takes a wrong turn. I offer individual, couples, and family services to those who struggle with depression, anxiety, addictions, trauma, and life transitions. Whether it is pain from a loss relationship or job, struggles in your marriage, or grief from losing someone you love I am here for you. I offer in-person and telehealth services.
